Remedial Massage

TOPH-Watermark-black.png

Remedial massage is a nurturing therapy that aims to address muscle aches and pains.

Preparing your body for birth is an important part of osteopathic treatment during pregnancy.
Our osteopaths will work on the ligaments and fascia that influence your uterus and pelvis, ensuring they are moving optimally, creating more space in your pelvis for your baby to move freely.
